Registration System

To register, you must complete the registration form with your personal information. When registering, you must provide an email address (which will be your login) to access your restricted registration area. Please ensure that the email address provided in the form is correct, as it will be used for all our communications with you.

Registration will only be completed after payment confirmation.

 

Category Proof

For the Trainees category, please attach an identification document to verify age.

 

Payment Method

Credit Card / Bank payment slip and Pix (only for Brazilians).

 

Registration Fee
The registration fee does not include costs related to flights and accommodation.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be requested by email at inscricao@mezclaeventos.com.br, with the subject line “WORLD CONGRESS/Refund,” and must be submitted by October 10, 2026.

• Amount to be refunded: 70% of the amount paid.

• Refund processing time: up to 30 days after the end of the event.

No refunds will be issued in case of no-show at the event.

 

Registration Transfer

Participant substitution must be requested via email at inscricao@mezclaeventos.com.br by October 3, 2026. After this date, substitutions will not be allowed. This process is available only to people in the same category.
